Your Wisdom Deck
(Read, Watch, Create: 15+ minutes)
This exercise is completely optional but is a really fun and loving way to allow the content of the course to stay with you and integrate into your life.
As covered in the video, you can use index cards or simply cut up paper into rectangles, and then write down the list of topics, meditations, exercises or statements that stuck with you one-by-one on each card to create your own personal wisdom deck.
You can use your list you’ve already created or use this exercise as a way to generate more ideas for your master integration list.
Don’t overthink this, and let it be easy. If you’re using this exercise as a way to build your master list, go with whatever pops up first paying no mind to equanimity between the lessons.
If you’d like to use them, the following statements may help this discovery process for you and may also be nice topics to include on your cards.
My personal mantra because of this course is now:
My favorite meditation was:
My most memorable/fun/impactful energy experiment was:
The Oneness Frequency in my own words is:
I will never forget the way I felt when:
My biggest release happened when :
My biggest a-ha happened when:
The way to integrate what happened to you throughout this course is to name it, celebrate it and then allow it space to keep showing up in your life. I still turn to affirmations and a-ha’s I learned in books, workshops and courses from years back because I employed processes like these to keep those topics and tools alive in my life.
